I visited Isabelle the Buddha, who first brought in dry aging technology near Dosan Park

I would recommend the taste of this restaurant's steak, which is dried and aged for 21 days.

Compared to regular steak, the meat texture is soft and the soft texture goes well with it

Even the flavor of the meat survives, so I think it's safe to say that the steak is really tasty.
