I visited Inje Baekdam Hwangtae-yaki as a group during the company workshop!

There was some disappointment in terms of service, but I'm posting it because it's a place I personally enjoyed eating.

A big old pumpkin greeted us in front of the store.

No matter how big it was, it was hard to hold it with open arms ^^;;

Mostly family guests.

There are also teams that come as groups from work, like us.

I think I saw 2 or 3 teams while eating:)

It's an Inje restaurant that has already been famous several times, so customers seem to keep coming in!
(However… the service is so disappointing. I don't have a very kind feeling. It's hard to even refill a side dish once…;;;)

The basic dish focuses on herbs.

Overall, food doesn't have a strong flavor, so for people who are accustomed to condiments or pungent flavors

I think you can feel that it's a bit bland.

When I saw the lid of the cutlery box, I felt a small amount of consideration for the customers.

Thanks to the pictures and names of the herb side dishes, it was nice to be able to check for myself what they were eating.

Hwangtae-guk and rice were served as a side dish.

The white and rich hwangtaeguk was perfect for relieving my stomach from excessive drinking the day before ^^~

There was also quite a bit of Hwangtae in it.

As those who often visit my blog know, I don't really like soup food.

Nevertheless, I ate it all empty-handed on this day.

“The soup is awesome~~~~!”

The sundubu that came out next.

It was made with seawater, but to be honest, I didn't feel any special flavor.

However, when I ate seasoned hwangtae and derdeok-yaki as the main food, it played a great role in cleansing the irritating taste buds!

Not that, but I think 1/4 of it was delicious.

â–²Grilled hwangtae

If you come far and wide to Gangwon-do and don't eat 'hwangtae', you'll be really afraid.

The fat was properly plump, fluffy, and well seasoned, so I was able to enjoy the rich flavor.

I put a marinated grilled hwangtae on top of hot rice, and it was really honey-tasting.

â–²Terudeok-yaki

I really liked the texture and aroma of the dudeok.

The sweet and spicy seasoning was added, and I felt an even more savory flavor.

Personally, I enjoyed it even better than Hwangtae.

Where is the only crab thief?

Even though my stomach hurts and I can't empty the air from the meal properly, I was able to empty the meal as fast as that day.
