Hapjeong Café Behind-the-Scenes (B-Hind) is famous for its kiosk toasts .
It's a very famous place, so I wanted to go there at least once. After dinner, Sister J ordered Americano, and I ordered organic strawberry juice, but they said they were out of stock, so I ordered citrus juice. Then, when I came behind the scenes, I ordered a kiosk toast, which is their signature menu.
Behind-the-scenes, the compact, moist French toast is perfect as a side dish because of its good price. The menu I ordered was a strawberry pickle kiosk toast. (3,500 won ) When I placed an
order, the kitchen made a loud noise and They smelled good together.
The citrus juice was more than I expected, and the strawberry pickle kiosk toast was delicious, but I personally didn't like the moist texture, so I wasn't particularly impressed . (I don't like Japanese pork cutlets for the same reason ..)
I thought about eating French toast at home, but the inside is much more moist than that. There are a few likes and dislikes because of this texture, but basically it's a good menu.

Above all, it was nice that the staff were kind and the atmosphere of the store was vintage.
