Hongdae Gourmet – Katsu 33: Japanese pork cutlet costs 3,000 won
Katsu 3.3, which I was most curious about when I saw a place like this in Hongdae after seeing posts from neighbors and how this price came from
Is there so much commercial revival in the university district? development? As it turns out, it's a university value and a place that maintains a high price range,
I was very surprised that Hongdae sold Japanese pork cutlets for 3,300 won.
I visited here a little after lunchtime on the weekend, and people were constantly coming and going, showing a tremendous turnover rate.
After tasting the food, it would be a perfect place for nearby students or people like me with thin wallets to come hehe
Tell me all the stories about going to Katsu33, a gourmet restaurant in Hongdae
Katsu 33 is located right next to the Hongdae Intersection
It's located on the 2nd floor, and the phrase Japanese pork cutlet costs 3,300 won catches my eye.
The banner that stood out at the entrance, a formal style with pork cutlet, rice, and soup, was sold for 3,300 won, but it's a rudder
It is said that they start business at 11:30, and if they run out of pork cutlets prepared on the same day, they won't be open.
The break time is from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., so be sure to check it out.
The store isn't as large as you might think, and the tables aren't widely spaced.
Overall, the turnover rate was fast, and even though I visited after lunch time, there were waits, so it seemed like I waited for about 10 minutes.
Overall, I think the atmosphere is very fighting.
After all, the menu is the same as above, but the basic 33 cutlets is 3,300 won, and the double cutlet of pork cutlets is a double portion,
There were pork cutlets such as cheese and rose, udon noodles, and cold soba noodles.
I wanted to eat cheese cutlets and I was curious about roses, so I ordered them one by one
Still, I was curious about the basic 3,300 won tonkatsu, so I ordered that too
It is said that Katsu 3.3 uses domestic sirloin as raw meat.
It's not a pork cutlet that is knocked out and spread out wide, but it seems like it's used as a barrel.
When you select a menu and go to the checkout counter, you first pay in advance, and when you get a number tag, you bring it to yourself.
So you can think of it as a system similar to a place like a food court.
The price was so good that it was a bit of trouble.
(Also, I was really excited to see Alba Sang looking. I'm so excited to hear that this is a gourmet restaurant. huh?)
â33 katsuâ
Now, if you look at it in a way, 33 katsu for 3,300 won, which can be said to be the signature menu of katsu 3.3, came out.
If the number comes up, you can go to the dining hall like the wind to get it. Can I give it to 3,300 won like this… I feel like I want to lol
Rice topped with furigake is served
Pickled cabbage and a dipping sauce for pork cutlets are also provided.
Also, if you look at the main dish, pork cutlet, it looks like they are using something with large bread crumbs,
As written in the text above, I don't use it by knocking the sirloin out, but using it as it is, I like the thick texture.
It's crispy, so it has a nice deep-fried texture, and first of all, the crunchy texture of the meat is also good.
Considering the price of 3,300 won, I feel that the level of satisfaction increases even more.
(It's amazing that a commercial area called Hongdae sells at this price in a commercial area where the rent is so high
I was also surprised to be able to eat pork cutlets at this price lol)
âRose Tonkatsuâ
Rose pork cutlet, which costs 6,000 won, is the most expensive menu item. The most expensive menu is 6,000 won… hahaha
Rose sauce is placed in a frying pan shaped bowl, and pork cutlets are placed on top of it.
Jang soup, cabbage salad, pickles, and rice have the same composition
I know that rose sauce is called rose because it is mixed with tomato sauce and cream sauce to give it a rosy color.
After all, it feels like a well-deep-fried pork cutlet is placed on top of the rose sauce, and cheese is placed on top of that to finish.
As soon as I saw it, I thought this was a complete girls' sniper menu.
If you pick up a pork cutlet, it comes with lots of cheese; I think it would be nice if the cheese melted a little more, but that's not bad either.
I think the overall tomato base of the rose sauce is a bit thick,
I really like the creamy style of rosé.
The flavor of the intervention was a bit disappointing, but the monster says it's nice that it contains a lot of tomatoes because it goes well with pork cutlets.
After all, they all have different tastes.
If you eat pork cutlets with rice in rose sauce, they are completely honey-tasting. Kurumat.
âCheese Tonkatsuâ
The cheese tonkatsu I ordered because the monster wanted to eat it, and the monster secretly contains cheese and likes feminine menus.
(incongruently)
The cheese tonkatsu also comes with the same composition as the rose tonkatsu.
Melt the cheese once on the pan, place the pork cutlet on top of it, and sprinkle the cheese again on top…
It's really a cheesy cheese tonkatsu.
Again, there was a lot of cheese, and again, I feel like I would have been more satisfied if the cheese had melted a little more or had a temperature.
The two of us ordered 3 menus like this and got only 16,000 won.
Usually, a tonkatsu restaurant in Hongdae would cost over 20,000 won if they ordered 3 menus.
The price range was so cheap that it wasn't actually a place I visited with high expectations.
A place where I don't think I would be very satisfied with this kind of pork cutlet at this price,
Certainly, there are many customers and students who appear to be high school students and college students, and it seems that many local residents in the neighborhood are also visiting.
There are some disappointing parts, but if you still think about the price, everything can be offset.
(And a good-looking Alba student offset everything, huh?)
In Hongdae, this is a place I think I'll be visiting often in the future if it tastes like this at this price.
