Go away from the air conditioner, sorbet with ice cream that's refreshing to the bone!
Do you remember the slush when you were a kid looking up at the world from the height of an adult's waist, making a whirling sound when you went to the stationery in front of the school? I remember paying a few hundred won and getting a paper cup full of slush, which was cooler than any other luxury dessert in the world.
Use the tip of a spoon-shaped straw to soak in the finely ground ice! When you eat it by scooping it, the cola flavor and ice that tastes like a drink are chewed in your mouth, creating a pleasant, squeaky sound. You've all experienced the memories that made your head flutter after you put it in one bite, right?
As the hot and humid summer deepens, I am even more reminded of these ice sweets that are so cold that the inside of my mouth becomes numb. Today's Shikigami Hot Place Dessert Road team is a relative of Slush (?) Meet In Sorbet Sorbet is the name of a dessert that means crushed and frozen fruit. It is commonly called sherbet or sherbet in Korea. It doesn't freeze too hard and has a crunchy texture to eat it~
A very nice sorbet that doesn't contain milk or condensed milk and has a clean aftertaste that just falls off! Let's blow away the heat this summer with a variety of sorbets.
1. Le Petit Foux, a cafe that feels like a trip to France
Le Petit Phu means âsmall oven.â It's an authentic French homemade dessert shop created by Chef Kim Dae-hyeon from French culinary school Paul Bocuse. In line with the concept, the atmosphere also has a French feel. Calm music plays in an elegant and old-fashioned atmosphere, and when you meet blinds with a French background printed on them, it creates a natural atmosphere that âfeels like you've come to France.â
First of all, the various sweets that fill the large showcase are very eye-catching. All of Le Petit Fou's desserts use animal cream made from 100% milk. Milk, cream, and fresh fruit come together, so no matter which dessert you eat, you can enjoy a refreshing taste.
There's another showcase next to the big showcase. There is a dainty line of colourful sorbets. Sorbets made from fresh fruit juice have a dark color and are beautiful, so just looking at them makes you drool. There are various types of sorbets, such as lime, basil, raspberry, mango, and wild blueberry. Today, I'd like to introduce two flavors of sorbet that the Shikigami Dessert Road team has eaten.
A sorbet that looks like it contains fresh fruit!
Passion fruit sorbet (price 3,800 won)
A passion fruit sorbet that amazes you twice with its freshness and sourness!

If you want to go to nearby France, Le Petit Fou!
A raspberry sorbet with a real raspberry flavor that is as deep and rich as its dark color. The overall texture is soft, but you can feel a square grain of ice in the middle. Also, you can feel the fresh seeds of raw raspberries as they are. At first, it had a strong chewy texture like gelato, but as you eat it, the more it melts, the softer it becomes, so you can enjoy the unique flavor of sorbet.
Passion fruit sorbet stimulates the salivary glands, starting with its yellow color. The sweet and sour taste of passion fruit is captured in the sorbet. You can feel the flesh in the middle of eating, which adds to the texture, and the rich flavor of the fruit fills your mouth. It feels a little more crunchy than a raspberry sorbet! I feel refreshed to the bottom of my heart!

2. Fruit-flavored gelato sorbet made from seasonal fruits! IL GELATO
Il Gelato is a dessert shop run jointly by Korean Baek Ji-hyeon and Italian Milchelle Cavallaro. It is said that these two completed a famous gelato school together in Bologna, a city famous for gelato in Italy. Because of this, it's a perfect place to enjoy the natural taste of Italian gelato.
The store is bright and bright, mainly white, and stands out neatly from afar. I was impressed by the large terrace I first set foot on, the white steel table, and the beautiful vases on the table. When you go inside, each wall is framed, and the history of Il Gelato is engraved in the picture. The interior was cramped with 1 table and 3 chairs, so I went out to the large terrace after ordering. From the outside, you can clearly see the inside of the kitchen with a glass. You can also see a gelato machine called Effe developed in 1927 in Bologna, Italy.
Il Gelato has over 20 types of gelato and sorbet!

Let's enjoy the flavors of Italy on the atmospheric terrace?
The sorbet here has a slightly different texture than the rest of the house. It's not crunchy and refreshing , but it's heavy and even has a slightly chewy feel. Just like the texture, the flavors of the ingredients are so rich that they fill your mouth.
The first apple mango sorbet I tried was made by grinding the apple mango as it is, so I can feel the small amount of fiber. I really liked the fresh and soft flavor of the mango. I'm impressed that it doesn't contain milk, so the aftertaste is refreshing.
I was very impressed by the deep flavor of the second pistachio sorbet, which seemed to concentrate the natural aroma of pistachios. The flavor of this ingredient is richer and heavier than other types of sorbet. After taking a bite, the aroma of pistachios spreads throughout the mouth, leaving a lingering aftertaste. If you visit Il Gelato, I definitely recommend trying this flavor.

(You can check the menu for that day on Pen&Call's Facebook page ^^)
The exterior looked like it was made of Lego blocks, which gave a cute impression. You can see these LEGO blocks even when you go inside. The interior space was small and cozy, so I was able to enjoy the taste of sorbet comfortably.
Pearl & Cole uses the most eco-friendly, organic ingredients, and makes ice cream and sorbets directly at the store with natural ingredients that are good for the body. Typical ingredients include sesame leaves, konjac, beer, makgeolli, and cucumber, which are really unique.
