Taste thug? No, the real life of the Daredevil Shikigami team's exploration life. In search of Dessert Road!
Episode 1. Let's choose tarts more carefully than when looking at Sueong

If you're a girl, you can't miss it. That's more than drugs. Exactly D.Z.! A soft and sweet dessert makes you feel good just thinking about it, right? There are so many shops that specialize in sweets these days. For Sugar Praise people who love foods that are sweeter than rice, this is heaven!
From desserts like ice cream and chocolate, to macaroons, eclairs, mille-feuilles, etc., the world of desserts that may be unfamiliar to those who don't know is really as vast as the forehead of our school's maehak. Dessert Road will guide you to the world of sweet desserts.
The first dessert I'm going to go with Dessert Lord today is a tart. Tarts, which are baked confectionaries made by filling a pie dough made with flour and butter and filled with fruit or cream, can be easily found in many places. There are many types of paisies, from crunchy cookie-textured pies to pastry ones, and there are so many types of toppings that are the main ingredient. Let's find a tart that's perfect for me~
[Portuguese egg tarts, pastel de nata]
If Korea has egg bread, the West has egg tarts! It is a dessert made by putting sweet egg cream on top of soft pastries that are broken in layers and baked. When I think of egg tarts, I think of a dainty half-moon shaped tart with a diameter slightly smaller than the palm of my hand. It is said that the origin of this very tart is Portugal. The egg tart, which began in a convent in the Belem district of Portugal, is popular all over the world. Hoping that one day I'll definitely see the original taste… I went to a place in Korea that reproduces this tart in the most similar way. It's Pastel de Nata!
There are several branches, but the place the Dessert Road Team visited today is located in Jongno. Go inside a small store~ The thing that stands out most from the small and simple interior like the exterior is the showcase inside ~ I'm most excited when I'm happily thinking about what to eat from the various types! (Because I'm more careful than when watching SAT..)
I ordered the signature egg tarts and the popular walnut tarts and apple cinnamontarts (the most expensive). Prices range from 2,200 won to 2,700 won (500 won discount if ordered with a drink)

The soft egg cream has a bad texture

The walnut tart contains walnuts and peanuts

4. APPLE CINNAMONTART It contains apple peeling, so it's refreshing! Personally, it's the best!
It's much softer than the egg tarts I tried at branded bakeries. It was even better because it wasn't as sweet as I expected.
The thick part on the top of the egg tart is not burnt; it's the part that uses sugar to create the sweetness, and the egg yolk and custard cream are contained underneath, so if you take a bite, the balance of flavors is great.
The walnut tart was expected, but I was a little disappointed that the walnut flavor wasn't as big as I expected. What I liked the most was the apple cinnamon tart! The sour apple filling caught the flavor I could feel, so it was easy to eat. The combination with cinnamon powder is also strong! If you call 50 minutes in advance, they'll give you a freshly baked hot tart, so if you're a hot tart enthusiast, check it out!
âPablo,â a famous Japanese tart brand that has thrilled the hearts of all cheesegoers from all over the country, has finally landed in Korea! (Enthusiast) As a cheese-loving person, I also went there once. It's no secret that I thought, âWhat if the line is too long,â and I went around the store to see if they had arrived in a cooler landscape than I had anticipated. (Visit on weekdays at 4 p.m. As it passed 5 p.m., there were more and more customers.)
Pablo's biggest advantage is âbeing able to choose how much to cook.â No, I chose to grill it instead of steak!! What the hell is that? And if you search the Internet, you can see a new world. (@ã
@) They are divided into rare and medium, but unfortunately they say that you can only choose the degree of grilling from the packed menu. The menu you eat at the table inside the store is separated separately, and they say it's fixed to medium rare!
Well, I'll try it.

4. I'm printing a tart.

â The interior of the store looks like a jungle forest

Cross-sectional Shot~
They are baked and served as soon as you order, so it takes about 15 minutes. What impressed me the most while I was waiting without hesitation was the store's BGM… If you've already been there, you'll probably sympathize with it. It was really painful to hear this logo song constantly singing âPablo ~ Pablo ~â Later, âMaybe it's an advanced strategy to increase turnover?â The tart comes out when you think about it!
I was amazed at the slack and slammed it off with a knife… well… well… huh?? The tart paper is harder than I thought. I wanted to cut it nicely and smoothly, but I gave up because of the tart paper that kept breaking and tasted it first. The taste is completely different from the traditional flavor that comes to mind when you think of a cheese tart. The texture is more like a pudding than a cheese tart, but it's like just eating custard cream. If you eat it with tart paper that contains sugar, it's even better because it's crispy and sweet.
The ice cream that comes with it is studded with vanilla beans, so it has a strong vanilla scent. The taste was so appealing that you could just come here to eat ice cream. Finally, apricot syrup captures the sweet and sour taste of cheese tarts. I liked eating it with a sprinkle, but my colleague looked with resentment, saying that it's better not to sprinkle it… (I recommend cutting it in half and sprinkling syrup on only one side…)
Payyard is a place I would recommend to women who usually go to cosplay in dirty clothes and shoes, but have worn dresses and high-heeled items and eaten pretty, pretty fruit at least once! If you look at the price list, an earthquake will automatically occur in your pupil, but it's a great place to visit on a special day and spend a relaxing time with nice people.
This place is famous for eclairs and apple tatin, and the cute banana tart is also loved by many people. There are indoor seats, and there are outdoor seats, so I think it would be more refreshing and nice to eat outside when the weather is nice.

The slightly dainty size, which is inversely proportional to the price, makes you feel afraid at first, but once you take a bite, you completely change your mind. I put banana filling and custard cream with banana in a cute shape on tart paper with a texture that wasn't too hard or too soft. The rich flavor of the banana that spreads in the mouth is excellent.
âWow, it's so delicious! When I shouted, âThe banana flavor is really rich,â my colleague said, âIf you want to feel the taste of a banana, just buy a banana and eat it.â (I couldn't refute it for a moment because I thought that was correct) However, I think it would be appropriate to say that the banana tart here tastes more like a banana than a real banana. A banana tart with a very sweet and rich flavor. A taste I definitely want to try again later, I appreciate it!

Let's share with each other and go on the path of death together â
Dear readers who think, âThe tarts here are really delicious, but there's no place to express them!â
Please share your recommended home and menu in the comments~! (A diet must fail together to be delicious.)
