Yecheon Yonggung Gourmet , Yonggung Classic Restaurant by Misangyu
Yecheon Yonggung Palace is a short distance from Mungyeong Jeomchon .
The station after Jeomchon Station is Yonggung Station .
Early in the morning, I visited Yonggung Classic Restaurant L, a famous restaurant in
Yonggung Market near Yonggung Station.
There's the main store, and there's an annex about 50 meters next to it .
I visited
this place because the annex was more comfortable and there was a parking lot .
The door opened at 9 in the morning, and I visited around 9:30, but there were
already people enjoying soju with a meal I saw a few teams.
Everyone is seated, so you have to take off your shoes and go in,
and
I'm asking you to pack your shoes properly because there are many thieves.
In the annex, there is only sundae soup as a separate gukbap.
I was a little worried and wanted to know when I would come back, so I ordered sundae gukbap and grilled
squid separately.
Among the squid and pork, I thought about it and chose the one that was the most
delicious .
Those who tried it said that squid was more delicious.
If you take a seat in a fairly spacious store, they will immediately
bring you a side dish .
I see a different side dish.
Gukbap and kakuteki are inseparable .
The soup and kakuteki are slightly sweet and spicy
It's perfect for sundae soup.
The
minced pepper comes out with the sauce.
Also, it is a unique Chinese cabbage herb .
The smell of oil is amazing !
It was pretty unique .
Chinese cabbage kimchi !
Strangely enough, I can't get my
hands on Chinese cabbage kimchi when eating gukbap.
Shrimps !
I
like it because it's a regular shrimp that doesn't contain red pepper powder.
Rather than stir-fried anchovies, it's a
crunchy, savory side dish with a strong sense of anchovies.
Also, squid yakiniku and sundae gukbap were prepared
separately as gukbap .
It is said that Sundae is famous in Mungyeong and Yecheon .
By the way, if you order sundae separately, you'll
get the best sundae .
It was a sundae soup with a clean and light feel, and
it was a good taste .
Sundae is also delicious .
It is said that there are times when the rice crackers are raw, but when I went there, it was
a refreshing taste.
It was fine .
The amount is good for the price .
The amount of meat is high.
If you add red pepper, shrimp, and seasoning
sauce, it will be even more delicious.
One bowl of rice is blink of an eye! Roll it
up and slurp !
I thought it would be nice if I could just eat this.
It also
contains plenty of meat offal.
It
was a great dish to have on a cold winter morning .
And squid yakiniku !!
It looks like it comes out of grilling one fish .
It's a very intense color, so it looks very spicy, but it's not
as spicy as I thought.
I
liked it because it was moderately spicy and not salty .
If you only need this one, two bottles of soju are in one go !
It was my favorite
squid yakiniku because the flavor of the fire was alive.
The incense of fire is always good.
It tastes
good when eaten on top of white rice. It's very nice .
It's even better when eaten with green onions , and the peppers in
squid yakiniku are quite spicy .
Also, it's
even better when eaten with sundae gukbap .
I think it would be nice to have a one-person set menu as well.
It was pretty tasty .
